Securely pack your tote in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all tags remain attached and the item is in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
